Gail first tried yoga 11 years ago to learn how to meditate. She worked a busy and stressful job and needed to learn how to relax. After her first class she never looked back. Discovering how yoga trained the mind to meditate, Gail realized yoga was also a great physical workout - she felt great doing it!
Pursuing her yoga journey, Gail completed a 200-hour teacher training at Pure Yoga studying with KayKay Clivio and David Hollander. Early in 2011, she completed an advanced 300-hour teacher training with world renowned Ashtanga teacher John Campbell at Pure Yoga.
Gail enjoys working with students and watching them blossom in their own practice. She challenges them while keeping them focused on the breath and proper alignment. It’s rewarding for her to see the impacts yoga has on everyone’s individual journey. Gail wants her students to be comfortable while having some fun with their yoga.
Gail is 500-hour RYT, CPR certified and fully insured.
